Why Partner Selection, Not Capital, Decides Major Programmes
In large cross-border programmes, funding is rarely the binding constraint. The composition of the partnership is.
United States · Europe · Middle East · Africa
Tizian Group is an international strategic advisory and project-development platform connecting institutions, corporations and expertise across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Complex initiatives rarely fail for want of analysis. They stall because the right parties were never brought together, or because no one carried the work from recommendation into execution.
Modern projects require more than traditional consulting. Governments, sponsors and corporations increasingly need a partner who can move between institutional and commercial environments, understands how decisions are prepared in each market, and remains involved once the mandate is signed.
Tizian Group works alongside clients to identify opportunities, assemble the right partners, navigate institutional environments, structure initiatives and support execution — in the United States, across Europe, and throughout the Middle East and Africa.
What we bring together
Four markets, one platform. Our work concentrates on the corridors where capability, capital and opportunity meet — and where credible intermediation is scarce.

45.5°N 9.2°E
Industrial excellence, infrastructure expertise, healthcare, financial institutions and technology.

Infrastructure and energy programmes, industrial development, healthcare systems and digital public infrastructure.
Seven areas of practice, applied in combination rather than isolation.
Supporting leadership teams and institutions in defining strategy, evaluating opportunities and navigating complex international environments.
Helping transform strategic opportunities into structured, executable initiatives.
Facilitating collaboration between governments, institutions and international private-sector partners.
Supporting complex infrastructure programmes from strategic development through partnership formation and execution.
Connecting governments and organisations with technology, digital infrastructure and transformation expertise.
Supporting the development of healthcare systems, medical infrastructure and international operating partnerships.
Connecting projects with financial institutions, investors, development finance and strategic capital.
Tizian Group does not simply provide recommendations. We work alongside partners to turn opportunities into executable projects, and remain engaged while they are delivered.
Stage I
Understand the opportunity, the market and the strategic objective — including the constraints that are rarely stated in the brief.
Stage II
Bring together the institutions, partners, expertise and capabilities the initiative requires, on terms each party can accept.
Stage III
Develop the commercial, strategic and operational framework: scope, roles, sequencing, governance and the path to approval.
Stage IV
Support implementation and maintain alignment between stakeholders as conditions, personnel and priorities change.
We are deliberately selective. Our sectors share a common characteristic: outcomes depend on institutional relationships as much as on technical capability.
Programmes led or sponsored by governments, public authorities and sovereign-backed entities, where mandate, accountability and long horizons shape every decision.

Tizian Group operates through a network of institutions and organisations developed over many years of international work. Each engagement draws on the part of that network it genuinely requires.
We do not publish the names of clients or partners, and we do not imply relationships that have not been authorised. Where a relationship is relevant to a mandate, it is disclosed directly and with consent.
Assignments are described in anonymised form. The pattern is consistent: an opportunity that required parties in more than one market to work together.
Supporting international collaboration around national digital and institutional transformation initiatives, including the identification of technology partners and the framing of long-term cooperation arrangements.
Developing partnerships connecting international healthcare operators, infrastructure developers and government stakeholders around new clinical facilities and system modernisation programmes.
Supporting cross-border partnership development for complex infrastructure programmes, from early scoping through consortium formation and engagement with public authorities.
Advising on initiatives involving financial infrastructure, digital payments and institutional modernisation, including partner selection and engagement with regulators and sponsoring institutions.
Certain engagements and partnerships are confidential and are not publicly disclosed.
Three principles determine the work we accept and how we conduct it.
01
Long-term relationships built around aligned interests. We take on work where our interests and our clients’ interests point in the same direction over years, not quarters.
02
Strategy matters only when it can be translated into action. We stay with an initiative through the phases where progress is made or lost.
03
Complex international projects require discretion, credibility and long-term commitment. We protect what is shared with us, and we are careful about what we claim.
Occasional notes on infrastructure, transformation programmes, public–private partnerships and cross-border investment.
Attention is shifting from announcement to delivery, and with it the profile of partner these programmes require.
The durable arrangements share fewer legal features than one might expect, and more governance ones.
