We are deliberately selective. Our sectors share a common characteristic: outcomes depend on institutional relationships as much as on technical capability.
Three families of work
Rather than listing every sector in which we could act, we group our work into three families. Most mandates sit across two of them.
What connects them is the presence of a public interest. A hospital, a port, a payments system and a national data platform are all commercial undertakings that a government has a legitimate stake in. Programmes of that kind require partners who can hold both perspectives at once, and who understand that approval is a process rather than an event.
