The Firm

A platform, not a hierarchy

Tizian Group combines decades of international professional experience with an agile approach to project development.

The firm operates across multiple markets and works directly with senior decision-makers to develop strategic partnerships and execute complex initiatives. Our work typically begins where conventional advisory ends: a government or sponsor has an objective, several capable organisations exist in other markets, and no one has yet built the structure that would allow them to proceed together.

We are deliberately compact. Rather than maintaining large permanent teams, we assemble the specific expertise an initiative requires — engineering, clinical, legal, financial or technical — and coordinate it under a single point of accountability. This keeps the firm flexible and keeps senior attention on the mandate.

Our positioning is straightforward. We connect institutions, expertise and opportunities across markets, and we accept a limited number of engagements so that each receives the attention it requires. Where we are not the right party, we say so.

How we differ

Senior involvement
Engagements are led by the people who take responsibility for them. Clients deal directly with principals rather than with a delivery layer.
Institutional fluency
We are comfortable in public-sector and sovereign environments, and equally comfortable with commercial counterparties. Most difficulties arise at that boundary.
Continuity
We remain involved through structuring and implementation. Advice that ends at the recommendation transfers the hardest part back to the client.
Method

From Opportunity to Execution

Four stages, applied consistently — and revisited whenever conditions change.

  1. Stage I

    Identify

Understand the opportunity, the market and the strategic objective — including the constraints that are rarely stated in the brief.

  2. Stage II

    Connect

Bring together the institutions, partners, expertise and capabilities the initiative requires, on terms each party can accept.

  3. Stage III

    Structure

Develop the commercial, strategic and operational framework: scope, roles, sequencing, governance and the path to approval.

  4. Stage IV

    Execute

Support implementation and maintain alignment between stakeholders as conditions, personnel and priorities change.

Philosophy

Built on Trust. Focused on Outcomes.

Three principles determine the work we accept and how we conduct it.

01

Partnership

Long-term relationships built around aligned interests. We take on work where our interests and our clients’ interests point in the same direction over years, not quarters.

02

Execution

Strategy matters only when it can be translated into action. We stay with an initiative through the phases where progress is made or lost.

03

Trust

Complex international projects require discretion, credibility and long-term commitment. We protect what is shared with us, and we are careful about what we claim.
