- Technology, capital and corporate scale meeting industrial depth, regulatory sophistication and operating experience. The work is usually about market access and partnership structure.
- Europe ↔ Middle East
- The most active corridor in our practice: European engineering, healthcare and industrial capability applied to transformation programmes in the Gulf and to reconstruction in the Levant, both of which require genuine capability transfer.
- United States ↔ Middle East
- Technology, digital infrastructure and institutional capital engaging with national programmes. Institutional familiarity, rather than capability, is normally the constraint.
- Europe ↔ Africa
- European engineering, energy and healthcare capability applied to programmes prepared by African governments and development finance institutions. Proximity is long-standing; the work is in structuring partnerships that survive procurement and delivery.
- Middle East ↔ Africa
- Gulf capital and operating groups moving into infrastructure, logistics and health across North and East Africa. The requirement is a counterparty who is credible on both sides of the corridor.
