Global Presence

A Transatlantic Platform with a Global Perspective

Our work concentrates on four markets and the corridors between them, where capability, capital and opportunity meet and credible intermediation is scarce.

United States · Europe · Middle East · Africa

United States

38.9°N 77.0°W

Access to technology, capital, global corporations and institutional expertise.

The United States remains the primary source of technology capability, institutional capital and corporate scale for international programmes. We work with organisations seeking that capability and with American groups pursuing opportunities in Europe and the Gulf.

  • Technology & innovation
  • Institutional capital
  • Corporate partnerships

Europe

45.5°N 9.2°E

Industrial excellence, infrastructure expertise, healthcare, financial institutions and technology.

European industrial and engineering groups, healthcare operators and financial institutions bring depth of operating experience and standards that transfer well into new markets. We help them engage internationally, and help clients elsewhere reach them.

  • Industrial & engineering depth
  • Healthcare operators
  • Development finance

Middle East

24.6°N 46.7°E

Major transformation and reconstruction programmes, infrastructure development, healthcare modernisation, digital transformation and investment.

The scale and pace of transformation across the Gulf and the wider region has created sustained demand for international capability, and for partners who understand how decisions are actually taken. In the Levant the agenda is reconstruction — infrastructure, health systems and public services that need sponsors, operators and finance assembled before work can begin. We operate with the discretion this environment requires.

  • Transformation programmes
  • Public authorities
  • Strategic investment

Africa

1.3°S 36.8°E

Infrastructure and energy programmes, industrial development, healthcare systems and digital public infrastructure.

Across North, West and East Africa, governments, public authorities and development finance institutions are preparing long-horizon programmes in infrastructure, energy, health and digital services. The constraint is rarely intent; it is assembling sponsors, operators and finance into a structure that can reach a decision and then be delivered.

Corridors

The bridge is the business

Presence in four markets matters less than the ability to work between them. Each corridor has its own conventions, timelines and expectations of what a serious counterparty looks like.

United States ↔ Europe
Technology, capital and corporate scale meeting industrial depth, regulatory sophistication and operating experience. The work is usually about market access and partnership structure.
Europe ↔ Middle East
The most active corridor in our practice: European engineering, healthcare and industrial capability applied to transformation programmes in the Gulf and to reconstruction in the Levant, both of which require genuine capability transfer.
United States ↔ Middle East
Technology, digital infrastructure and institutional capital engaging with national programmes. Institutional familiarity, rather than capability, is normally the constraint.
Europe ↔ Africa
European engineering, energy and healthcare capability applied to programmes prepared by African governments and development finance institutions. Proximity is long-standing; the work is in structuring partnerships that survive procurement and delivery.
Middle East ↔ Africa
Gulf capital and operating groups moving into infrastructure, logistics and health across North and East Africa. The requirement is a counterparty who is credible on both sides of the corridor.

Working across markets

If an initiative requires parties in more than one of these markets to act together, that is the work we do.
