Representative Engagements

Assignments are described in anonymised form. What they share is a structure: an opportunity that required parties in more than one market to act together.

Pattern

Why we are engaged

A capability exists elsewhere
The organisation best suited to the task is in another market and has no established route to the sponsor.
The structure is missing
Interest exists on both sides, but no one has defined roles, risk, sequencing or the path to approval.
Institutional distance
A commercial party does not know how to engage a public institution credibly — or the reverse.

In each case our role is the same: to establish whether the opportunity is real, to bring the right parties into the same conversation, to structure the arrangement so that it can be approved and executed, and to stay involved while it is delivered.

Enquiries

Discuss an initiative

Early conversations are usually the most useful. We are candid about whether an initiative is ready, and about what would need to be true for it to proceed.
